you use the &Ally mobile application and related services. If you

Data we may process
Depending on how you use &Ally, we may process:
- Account and profile information — such as display name, email address, user ID, language preference, and profile photo
- Name — username and optional first or last name fields
- Email address — for account access and communications
- User ID — Firebase authentication identifier
- Phone number — optional, if you choose phone verification
- Address and shipping information — optional structured shipping address fields used for purchases and postal shipping where applicable
- User-selected city or location — marketplace location preference (not precise GPS coordinates from this policy’s scope)
- Listings and descriptions — items you post for sale, including titles, prices, categories, and related metadata
- Photos — images you upload for listings or profile use
- Chat messages — messages exchanged with other users through in-app chat
- Reviews, reports, and feedback — user reviews, reports, and feedback you submit
- Purchase and transaction information — records of purchases, payment status, amounts, and related order metadata
- App interaction and analytics information — such as feature usage events collected through analytics tools
- Device and push notification identifiers — such as push notification tokens and device or advertising-related identifiers used by analytics services
- Diagnostic and payment error information — technical error metadata related to app or payment failures (not payment card numbers)

- Shipping — generating and fulfilling postal shipping where selected

Third-party services
&Ally uses service providers to operate core features. Depending on your use of the app, providers may include:
Google / Firebase
We use Google Firebase and related Google services for functions such as authentication, database and file storage, cloud functions, push messaging, and analytics. These services process data on our behalf to operate &Ally.
Stripe
Payments are processed through Stripe. &Ally does not store your full payment card credentials. Payment credentials are entered and handled through the payment provider’s secure payment flow. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, and related purchase metadata.
Austrian Post
Where postal shipping is used, shipping information (such as name, address, postal code, city, phone number, and email as required for label creation) may be transmitted to the shipping and logistics provider to fulfill the transaction.
Search and infrastructure providers
Search and related backend infrastructure may process listing and limited user-related data needed to operate marketplace search and analytics features.
Security
Data transmitted between the &Ally app and our services is protected in transit using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To request account deletion, follow the instructions on our Account and Data Deletion page.
